The birth and incorporation of Associated Offshore Oil is the outcome of intensive investigations, studies and collaborations with organizations in Nigeria and the Gulf of Guinea on the viability of developing various marginal oil fields and abandoned oil blocs as well as processing flared gases.

The management and the technical partners provide control and management of Associated Offshore Oil under a management agreement. Associated Offshore Oil is in no way a Government offshoot and this ensures continuity of strategic policy formulation and management which makes for long term success. Associated Offshore Oil currently has a strong working relationship with a publicly traded oil and gas company to develop various oil and gas interests in the Gulf of Guinea as well as working in the oil and gas servicing sectors.
Associated Oil is currently engaged in high level discussions that could lead to lucrative Financial and Production Sharing Agreements with various oil license holders in the Gulf of Guinea where it plans to focus on in the future.
